money hungry in my opion

my dentist banks with them i was told they open 8 ish my dentist sent me a refund check that was drawn on them where to began pulling up in the drive though only to be told id have to wait an extra hour because i wasnt a customer after waiting 1 hour finally went though line inside only to be told they take a $5.00 fee for my being a non customer though the checks drawn on them its there check! i had to pay them 5 dollars then they had the nerve to ask if i wanted to open an account lol i told her if non customers are treated this badly i cant imagine how they treat there customers.
